Do you take custom orders?

Yes, custom orders are taken. You can find all custom order products in categories labelled with the occasion/season/celebration with (made to order) after. After adding the required product(s) to your basket, please use the drop down 'message to merchant' box in your basket to state your requirements. Please list your requirements clearly, leaving a space between each product ordered. If I need more information or to clarify requirements, I will email you. If you require an order that isn't listed, please use the contact us form at the top of the page or by clicking here to enquire.

How long will my custom order take?

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your custom order to be completed and dispatched. Depending on my work load the time frame could reduce to 1-2 weeks, but please always expect the maximum time frame of 2-3 weeks.

Can I combined an order of custom products and ready to ship products?

Yes, of course but if you would like the ready to ship products sooner, please place separate orders.

What are the delivery options?

The delivery options are as follows;

-Royal Mail tracked 48hr

-Collection from Devon & Somerset Craft Collective, Units 13, 14 & 15, Tiverton Pannier Market EX16 6NH.
